Thanks to owner of original. This brings back happy memories my Grandfather,Grandmother & Auntie Edie Williams lived just passed these cottages in a 1 bedroomed cottage in the 1950s I remember a large garden Grandad grew lots of vegetables. I went every evening after school when my Mother was working at what was then County Clothes at the Creamery. I remember Jim Smith & Johnny Johnson & playing Cricket & Hide & Seek in the lane . I did see a photo of railway workers at Audlem station the other day can't seem to find it again but I do have the same photo hanging up at my home it was given to me by my Sister I was told our Grandfather Jack Tapley was in it but I'm afraid I don't know which one he is.
